About this verb#
- Class 6c -ать with з → ж mutation throughout the present-future (откажу, откажешь, ... откажут). c-stress: end-stress in 1sg, stem-stress from 2sg. Pattern: отказать кому в чём 'refuse someone something' (dative of person + в + prepositional of what's denied).
