About this verb#
- Prefixed perfective reflexive from -стрем- ('strive') with у-. Class 4b with end-stress throughout (устремлюсь, устремишься, устремятся). The 1sg shows м → мл epenthesis (устремлюсь). Inchoative semantics: 'start rushing toward'. Distinguished from the base стремиться which is the imperfective with abstract 'aspire' meaning.
