About this verb#
- Class 4a -ить with no consonant mutation (ш stays, and even the 1sg keeps it because there's nothing to mutate to); fixed stem stress on -лу-. After ш the 3pl is -ат (улучшат). Common with abstract objects: 'quality', 'mood', 'results', 'situation'.
