About this verb#
- Class 5b 'gotcha': it looks like an -ать verb but mutates п → пл in the я-form (сплю) and conjugates in the 2nd conjugation throughout with end-stress: спишь, спит, спят. Past has feminine stress shift: спал, спало, спали but спала. Paired with the delimitative поспать.
