About this verb#
- Reflexive Class 5b 'gotcha' perfective: -ять infinitive but 2nd-conjugation endings with end-stress: состоюсь, состоишься, состоятся. Aspectually defective (no impf partner), used almost exclusively in the 3sg/3pl for events that 'take place'.
