About this verb#
- Class 5b 'gotcha': looks like a -ать verb but the stem ends in ч and conjugates in the 2nd conjugation with end-stress: молчу, молчишь, молчит, молчат. Several prefixed perfectives: замолчать ('fall silent'), помолчать (delimitative), промолчать ('keep silent').
