About this verb#
- Reflexive Class 1a with fixed stem stress (кончаюсь, кончаешься…). Used for non-personal subjects: «урок кончается» 'the lesson ends'. Aspect partner кончиться (Class 4a) takes stem stress (кончусь, кончишься) and conjugates on a shorter stem.
