About this verb#
- Reflexive perfective of занять, paired with заниматься. Present-future uses the suppletive stem -йм- like начать / понять (займусь, займёшься). The past tense is mobile-stress: -ся masculine pulls stress onto -ся (занялся), feminine and plural stay end-stressed (занялась, занялись). Government: + instrumental of the activity.
