- Class 1a with fixed stem stress (прижимаю), a long -ма- imperfective stem. Aspect partner прижать has the dramatically shorter athematic stem (прижму, прижмёшь, прижмут), the same -ма- ↔ short-stem alternation as сжимать ↔ сжать.
