About this verb#
- Perfective of поздравлять. Class 4a with the labial -в- → -вл- epenthesis in the 1sg only (поздравлю), the rest of the paradigm has -ви-/-вя- (поздравишь, поздравят). Government: accusative of the person, с + instrumental of the occasion, поздравить кого с чем.
