About this verb#
- Perfective of советовать. Class 2a with the -ова/-у- alternation: infinitive -товать → present-future -тую (посоветую, посоветуешь). Stem-stressed. The advisee goes in the dative; what is advised takes a bare imperfective infinitive or an accusative noun.
