About this verb#

  • Delimitative reflexive perfective with по-, from любоваться. Class 2a -овать (with -ова- → -у- alternation: полюбуюсь). Takes the instrumental of the object admired (or, less formally, на + acc). The imperative полюбуйся! has an ironic 'just look at that!' flavor in idiom.
