About this verb#
- Class 2a -овать with the 'silent' в before -ств- (written but not pronounced). Used almost exclusively in 3sg/3pl with an inanimate subject, namely the thing felt. The non-reflexive почувствовать takes a human subject; the reflexive почувствоваться takes the perception itself.
