About this verb#
- Class 4c, same paradigm as ходить, with пере- prefix marking 'across / over'. Shifting c-stress and д → ж mutation in the я-form (перехожу → переходишь). Perfective партнёр перейти inherits the suppletive past from идти (перешёл, перешла).
