About this verb#
- Reflexive Class 1a with fixed stem stress (обращаюсь, обращаешься, обращаются). Aspect partner обратиться (Class 4b) has т → щ mutation in the я-form (обращусь); note the same щ that appears in the impf root. Multi-government: к + Dat ('turn TO someone'), с + Inst ('treat someone').
