About this verb#
- Class 2a: a -евать verb with regular -ев- → -у- alternation: ночую, ночуешь, ночуют. Note the CSV has unstressed forms but the standard stress is end-stress on present. Aspect partners: переночевать ('spend the night'), заночевать ('spend the night somewhere unplanned').
