About this verb#
- Class 3a: -ну- imperfective with fixed stem stress (мёрзну, мёрзнешь, мёрзнут). Past form has the typical -ну- drop: мёрз / мёрзла / мёрзло / мёрзли (the -ну- only survives in colloquial мёрзнул). Aspect partner замёрзнуть.
